Cancellation & Changes

• Refund Protect is now provided to participants by a 3rd party company (16% on total registration fee)
  
  
• Any change requests including solo transfer, distance upgrade & downgrade, category switch and team member substitution via online is allowed no less than 4 working days before placing bib order
  (Kindly suggest the deadline of change requests if any comments)
  
  
• Admin fee HK$50 per participant for each change request is charged by RTS (paid by participants), please let us know if any admin fee (to cover the wasted chips and bibs) will be charged by organizer
  
  
• Team member substitution is allowed on-site before race start with admin fee HK$50 (to RTS) in cash

• On-site change request except team member change is not recommended​
