Terms & Conditions for provision of Registration Services to Event Organizers
向主辦單位提供報名服務的條款及細則
- This quotation is provided subject to a minimum of 300 participants, reduced to 200 if combined with remote timing only
此報價以至少 300 名參加者為條件，若減少至200名參加者，則會只提供遠端計時 - This quotation is provided on the understanding that RTS will also provide timing services, unless the organizer will carry out their own manual timing or timing is not a requirement of the event or RTS does not provide relevant timing technology (such as for a pool-based swimming gala)
提供此報價的前提是RTS也將提供計時服務，除非主辦單位會自己進行手動計時或計時不是賽事的要求，又或是RTS不能提供相關的計時技術（如在泳池舉行的游泳晚會） - Registration statements will be provided on a progressive basis throughout the registration period within 5 working days of month end and the event date
報名結單將在整個報名期間的月底和活動日的 5 個工作天內逐步提供 - Reimbursement of net collections (after deduction of charges to date, including those for timing services) may be requested with at least 2 working days notice at any time during the registration period for collections up to 2 weeks prior to the reimbursement date
對於退還淨收費（扣除迄今為止的費用後，包括計時服務的費用），可以在退還收費前 2 星期內的報名期間隨時要求退還淨收費，但需至少 2 個工作天的通知 - Admin fees of $50 per person will be charged for refunds (except where RTS accepts liability) and registration changes (such as transfers and/or distance switches), with such fees being charged to registrants by default or by the organizers upon request
退款（RTS 承擔責任的情況除外）和報名變更（如名額轉移和/或距離轉換）將收取每人$ 50 港元的行政費，此類費用會默認向報名者收取，或根據主辦單位的要求收取 - 5 working days should be allowed for initial registration set up and 1 working day for both routine update requests subsequent to launch and response to enquiries from registrants, where working days are Monday to Friday (except public holidays) with office hours from 10:00 to 18:00
建立初步的報名版面需要5 個工作天，報名開放後的例行更新請求和回覆報名者的詢問需要1 個工作天，而工作日為星期一至星期五（公眾假期除外），辦公時間為10:00 至18:00
如果英文版和中文版之間有任何意思上的歧義，則以英文版為準。中文版只作參考。
