Assistant Timer

Job Duties
  • Provide on-site sports timing and results processing services in various mass participation sports events
  • Assist our Timers to perform event planning and data processing duties to ensure smooth operation of timing services.
  • Assist in the daily operation of the office.


Essential Requirements
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • A leader and team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work in outdoor environment
  • Able to work in fast paced and challenging environment
  • Able to solve problems with logical and analytical mind
  • Attention to detail, commited to high quality service
  • Willing to work in non-office settings, in weekends, Sundays and Public Holidays
  • Require some physical works


Advantages
  • Prior experience in mass-participation sport events (e.g. road/trail running, triathlon, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SQL commands, preferably even SQL server
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / PhotoShop
  • Holder of driving license 1 & 2
