Registration & Event Administrator

 Job duties
  • Provide registration and pre-race event preparation services to a wide variety of mass participation sporting events.
  • Set up registration sites for event organizers and provide support to their customers signing for race.
  • Oversee the design and production of race number bibs and finisher certificates.
  • Support our Timers to perform event planning and data processing duties to ensure smooth operation of timing services.
  • Liaise with organizers to follow up on their requirements and the delivery of solutions.
  • Assist in the daily operation of the office.

Essential Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work outdoors from time to time as required.
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • No concerns about irregular working hours, including some weekends, holidays and evenings.
  • Well-developed problem-solving capabilities with a logical and analytical mind.
  • High attention to detail with commitment to quality service

Other advantageous but non-essential qualities
  • Prior experience in mass-participation sport events, as participant and/or official.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop.
  • Awareness of social media platforms and their commercial benefits.
  • Grasp of web site design.

Salary will be commensurate with skills, academic and/or job credentials and prior experience. Discretionary profit-sharing performance bonuses may be given in addition to salary.
